安装用 `npx skills add jabrena/plinth --skill '*' --agent cursor -y`,把 `cursor` 换成 `claude-code`、`codex` 或 `github-copilot` 装到对应 agent。装完用 `/update-issue` → `/explore-problem` → `/create-acceptance-criteria` → `/create-spec` → `/explore-design` → `/implement-spec` → `/close-spec` 这套流程。比如用 `@110-java-maven-best-practices` 让 agent 审查 Maven 项目。
