📖 怎么用
先装全部技能：`npx skills add cinience/alicloud-skills --all -y --force`。然后配环境变量，把 `ALIBABACLOUD_ACCESS_KEY_ID`、`ALIBABACLOUD_ACCESS_KEY_SECRET` 设成你的 AK/SK，有 STS 就加 `ALIBABACLOUD_SECURITY_TOKEN`，再设 `ALIBABACLOUD_REGION_ID` 和 `DASHSCOPE_API_KEY`。也可以用配置文件，在 ini 里写 access_key 和 dashscope_api_key。装完跑 `bash scripts/verify_governance.sh` 验证，然后按顺序执行 `workflow_prepare.sh`、`workflow_validate.sh`、`workflow_deploy.sh` 来跑流程。
